For more than 30 years, Rebecca served as President and Owner of a concrete construction company that partnered with state, municipal, and private clients. That real-world experience shaped her belief in hard work, accountability, and solution-focused leadership that moves projects and people forward.
Today, she brings those lessons into her work as a business consultant, coach, and leadership strategist, helping individuals and organizations grow with integrity, collaboration, and purpose. She has also served as an Assistant Professor of Business, Dissertation Chair, and Online Program Developer, equipping future leaders to navigate change with adaptability and vision.
Rebecca remains deeply invested in Nebraska’s future. She proudly serves the community through volunteer leadership on the Alzheimer’s Association Nebraska Chapter Board and the UNMC Board of Counselors, working to strengthen the health and well-being of families across the state.
